We’re confident in the effectiveness of our programs and want you to have complete peace of mind when you join us.
Digital Products (Workout Programs, PDFs, and Online Content)
All digital purchases are final once access or download has been granted.
Because our workout plans are instantly delivered digital files, we cannot accept returns or cancellations after purchase.
However, we proudly offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee to customers who have genuinely followed the program and seen no results.
To qualify, you must:
- Have completed the program for at least 30 consecutive days, and
- Provide reasonable proof of participation — such as workout logs, progress tracking screenshots, or photos showing your commitment.
If you can demonstrate this and still feel the program did not help you progress, email us at info@thewinterproject.co with your order number and supporting materials.
We’ll review your submission and, if approved, process a full refund to your original payment method.
Refund requests that lack sufficient evidence of consistent effort may not qualify under this guarantee.
Important: By purchasing a digital product from The Winter Project, you consent to immediate access to the content and acknowledge that this waives your right to the standard 14-day withdrawal period under consumer law.
Physical Products (Apparel or Merchandise)
We have a 30-day return policy for physical items.
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase.

Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@thewinterproject.co so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Custom or perishable goods
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
This applies only to physical goods and not to digital downloads that were accessed immediately.
Refund Processing
Once your return or refund is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
