Once your payment has been successfully processed, you’ll receive immediate access to your purchased program or file.
Digital Delivery
- All digital workout programs and materials are delivered via instant download or email link to the address provided at checkout.
- Delivery is typically instant, but please allow up to 10 minutes for your confirmation email to arrive.
- If you do not receive your download link within 15 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
- If you still haven’t received it, contact us at info@thewinterproject.co and we’ll make sure you gain access right away.
Physical Products (If Applicable)
From time to time, we may release limited physical items such as apparel or merchandise.
These will have separate shipping costs, delivery times, and tracking details clearly shown at checkout.
Physical orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days from the date of purchase.
